BONUS .... The microphone in the picture is a remote-switch version of Panasonic's RP-8131 mic,
which may suggest that their firm built this particular recorder.

Realistic Model CTR-51

Features an aux-in jack ( inch mono type) for recording from hi-level sources, plus separate volume and tone controls.
Also has an IN-OUT Automatic Level Control (ALC) switch for voice recording "IN" or music recording "OUT",
as well as a built-in condenser mic, a 3-digit counter and a PAUSE switch.

Realistic Model CTR-68

as well as a HI-LO Mic sensitivity switch, a built-in condenser mic, a 3-digit counter and a PAUSE switch.

Realistic Model CTR-69 ... The Early Version

The Early Version CTR-69 was first offered in the   1992 Radio Shack Catalog (page 34),   published September 1991

Features an aux-in jack ( inch mono type) for recording from hi-level sources, plus separate volume and tone controls.
Also has an IN-OUT Automatic Level Control (ALC) switch for voice recording "IN" or music recording "OUT",
a built-in condenser mic, a 3-digit counter and a PAUSE switch.

The HI-LO Mic sensitivity switch previously found on the CTR-68 was replaced with
an IN / OUT VOX (voice-activated remote recording control) switch.

CTR-69 Early-1992

The IN / OUT VOX (voice-activated remote recording control) switch found on the CTR-69's Early Version
was replaced with a HI / LO / OUT VOX switch.
